rt一点没有上火，晚上睡觉一般设定25度，开一晚，非常舒适。怕冷的姐妹可以设30度，来月经的时候翻面肚肚贴贴真的很舒服。18年买的，用到现在，也没有坏，没出什么毛病，一开始觉得很贵，但现在平分下来，就还好。主要是不上火，皮肤也不干，比电热毯舒服很多。
