上图还加了一个线上打卡群,每天去群里运动打卡饮食打卡,吃的话,每天都吃饱了,没让自己饿着,但也没有吃高热量(好吧我承认中秋去长沙大吃了四天,可是这是长沙啊谁又能忍得住!)但其他时间真的没吃过一口零食。线上的健身教练一直告诉我们纯靠节食是没用的,让自己饿着会降低基代,鼓励我们多吃蛋白质,于是这个月我一个不爱吃蛋白质的人,开始每天喝鲜奶,每天吃鸡蛋,然而事实就是!运动再多,蛋白质吃得再多,如果没有饥饿感,都不如节食来得立竿见影,好悲伤所以你们都是怎么做到节制饮食的??不求过午不食,只求每顿能做到七分饱就好了!
