谁知道怎么回事？？两三次了，我车停在路边停车位，前后也都停了别的车，为什么我被罚钱了？为啥啊？别人不都停了吗，听人说可能是车里要留人才不被罚，特意瞅了下别人车里也都没人啊，我真的很疑惑，我都停在框框里，没压线啊
