落实朝九晚五就不要讨论了，社会化抚养也需要出钱，找企业化缘把技术性低的岗位拆分成妈妈岗，算是一种和稀泥的解决办法。 我建议，最简单的就是改个名字，叫育儿岗，其他照旧可解。
