楼主目前得了个情绪病,主要是跟心情和作息、饮食有关,一般来说上班会加重我的病情,出去旅游会减轻。我是异地工作,其实自从得病后,我已经在调整了,基本上每天能保持7h睡眠+每天1h锻炼,病情也确实在减轻。但是我父母动不动就要给我发语音告诉我“要改正不良作息、保持良好心情、调整自己的心态”大概这种话术,甚至还让我制定一套每日规划表(以及考公的学习计划表)发给他们,他们说要帮我参考参考……但是我每次收到这些就会很烦躁。我不知道要保持愉悦心情吗,是我不想吗?我现在的情况很难做到这些,他们重复来重复去有什么用,还不如给我打钱让我出去玩……
