上家公司因为和领导闹矛盾她觉得我工作态度有问题直接当天让我走人 给了赔偿金的那种(我工作内容绝对没问题 就是不爽领导i男 就故意迟到 然后人不多的时候不在工作岗位上躲在楼梯间偷偷哭 还被同事发现了) 然后我直接把wx也注销了(工作用的wx) 我觉得除了那个领导和别的同事都相处的很正常 如果背调除了那个领导绝对不会有人说我坏话的 但是我是外包 领导经常和外包公司哪里告状 在半年找新工作的时间里我都不知道怎么开口上一份工作离职原因 找新工作要背调也很慌张 主要我连联系方式也写不出来啊.. 请问大家该怎么办呢
