为啥这些运营商这么傲慢，换个套餐磨磨唧唧就算了，没办成功也不及时通知，7月底的业务8月中旬很傲慢地来一条短信说未办理成功。调整好的预算又泡汤了，又多交一个月话费。好烦啊好烦啊！
