登录腾讯会议，然后提醒没有xx的权限，提醒专业版可以，我就充值购买了专业版 但是后来发现根本不需要用到专业版，一小时后申请退款，结果腾讯客服说不可以退款，购买时候条例里面明确了，没有技术漏洞不给退款 应该怎么解决呢，心疼来之不易的88块钱，有没有姐妹有办法
