我记得我外公去世前在医院住院很久了，当时舅舅去银行取外公的钱付医药费和准备后事之类。去银行跟工作人员讲了具体情况，他们第二天就派了两个还是三个工作人员去医院，跟我外公一起拍照之类，就可以把存在银行的钱都取出来了。
