春节假期期间回国 同事忘了改我的考勤记录导致我法定节假日期间出现了旷工记录被扣了工资 但因为是春节当时自己没注意到也没有联系修改 现在快到端午节发东西才发现现在的情况是HR那边在纸质的文件上签字确认是考勤员忘记排班，但是拒绝修改考勤数据。想问下这样可以保证旷工不会被记入档案，未来离职不会出现问题吗
