tzn因为工作中领导打压pua,且长时间高压工作下抑郁焦虑,一上班就躯体化严重,失眠,没食欲,全身肌肉紧绷,脑子负面想法停不下来。积极吃药治疗+心理咨询,积极去健身房健身,报兴趣班,但是都没好转,感觉走进了死胡同。病假也请过,最长休了将近2个月,回来又打回原型。 工作上因坦白病情再无晋升评优的可能,别人都有希望。而我只能盼着自己恢复正常生活。 生活上对以前感兴趣的事情都丧失了兴趣,很挫败,已婚未育,年初怀孕但意外流产了。 我看不到生活的希望,都说触底能反弹,可生活真的还会好起来吗?
