计划下个月去爬山，本来是打算先去庐山，再去三清山，毕竟省外去一趟不容易，在做了攻略后又担心接连爬2座山，体力不足，腿遭不住，毕竟平时不锻炼。有没有去过的姐妹，能给点建议吗？谢谢🙏

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
