我一直精力很差,一天中大部分时候都是疲惫的,对自己的运动能力非常不自信,所以只愿意在家跟着视频跳跳操。但这种跳操运动,对精力似乎并没有什么提升,反而会有种疲惫感,只能靠意志力提醒自己运动一下。上个月搬家,上一任房客留下了一对可增减重量的哑铃,比我之前用的都要重一些,我拿着做了几次以前收藏了没做的力量训练,发现精力居然明显变好了,而且做起来反而没有有氧那么漫长。低精力友友们或许可以试试,去健身房效果应该会更好。希望大家都能精力充沛过好每一天!
