我是五六年的睡眠障碍,躺床上两个小时大脑依旧清醒那种,放假在家里经常早上七八点睡。前段时间凌晨三四点睡不着,干脆就不睡了,硬生生熬到第二天晚上八九点睡然后接下来睡眠就正常了,已经10点之前入睡一周了试过很多方法:喝牛奶,泡脚,酸枣仁膏,褪黑素,中药到头来熬两天再睡居然是最管用的——Ps:虽然入睡正常了,但是我依旧多梦,每晚都做梦,而且梦境真实,醒了也能记得一部分
