有没有懂的朋友请帮我看看，线下买的客厅吸顶灯，3月9号买的，但是今天刚安装。安上是这种情况，是质量问题吗？商家说是安装的时候线路没接对，安装师傅说是灯有问题。而且商家不给换货，只说给调试。要真的是质量问题，我可以让商家给我换新的，或者直接退款吗？装修真的会让人发疯！有懂的请帮我看看吧，谢谢！
