早上去游泳的时候练习前滚翻和仰头换气一直被救生员吹哨让我不要做,说对游泳没有帮助,可我真的很想学会,而且看教程这些都是练习水性的动作,我目前只会蛙泳,仰漂都不会,深水区也不敢去,真的很需要练习水性。我练习的仰头换气动作扒着池边仰头换气我有点下不去,前滚翻也没有可以替代的动作,一早上被吹了四五次哨,我真的又尴尬又有点生气,我应该怎么办,有什么更简单的动作可以练习水性吗? (ps:以上动作我都在浅水区泳池角落练习的,早上游泳馆人也很少,一人一条泳道还有多的,应该不存在霸占泳道影响别人游泳的情况)
