前段时间生活作息有点乱,现在尽力在调整了,不喝奶茶不喝咖啡的情况下还总是早醒,明明超级困一觉睡下去四个小时左右就醒了,身体却很累感觉睡了很长时间,手机一看才四个小时,比如现在,然后白天又很困,又忍不住睡,到晚上又恶性循环,为了可以睡长一点已经前一天故意只睡了六个小时,还是这样,睡眠质量也不好,从小到大每天都会做梦,小时候经常做怪怪的梦被吓哭醒,现在也总是做乱七八糟的梦,奇怪的地方奇怪的人,是神经衰弱还是太焦虑了?想问问需要看医生还是有什么💊可以吃吗?
