我本人特别不爱运动,然后身体就是驼背和头前倾特别严重,身体也是很不健康。属于有点换季就头疼脑热,感冒发烧。一直瘫在宿舍也郁郁寡欢的,我室友带我去了健身房,我也办了个季卡之后。天天去健身迷上了,我不减肥,只是想身体健康,刚开始 2.5kg的哑铃举不起来,现在4kg轻轻松松,驼背也改善了许多。 也开始有肌肉了,我感觉我更有力量了好开心,也鼓励大家趁春天多去健身,不一定花钱去健身房。有时间自己跑跑步在家做做瑜伽也是比较好的,我为我有力量感到开心૮(˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶)ა
