如题，同一批新人一起进来的都是外包，刚好这有人离职了，同事就被升级为正式员工了，我调理不好了怎么办😭😭我同样也很努力很积极表现自己，学习新知识，工作上摸鱼，没想到还是转正不了😭😭还不知道未来何去何从，外包就是这么的不稳定
