5月底从领养了一只三岁的德文，前主人家生了小孩说猫毛过敏放在了宠物店寄养了一个月。然后现在我领养了两个月多，体重从3.5kg到了4.6kg。这个是正常情况吗？还是猫粮有问题？（猫粮买的是前主人推荐的，以前猫就吃这个牌子）
