本人已经大三了，这个暑假打算实习一下，不奢求大厂，想找个家附近的小公司，因为现在还在外地读书，太早投简历怕不能及时面试或者有些公司追求kpi骗我去面试浪费时间，太晚怕人家暑期实习已经招满了不招了，有点纠结和迷茫，想求助一下大家
