我感觉自己太瘦了160.84斤,每天能量都很低,精力不足,考虑过维生素不足,会吃维b维d鱼油,会晒太阳,但是没有改善。 因为之前会在家做好吃的,嘴巴也越来越刁,以前爱吃的垃圾食品现在也觉得不好吃,吃不下去了。加上之前考试压力大,吃的少,感觉胃在慢慢变小,越发没有吃东西的积极性了,找不到“食欲”的感觉了。同时因为吃的少精力弱,做饭的执行力又变差了。😂 一直想有好胃口,想长胖恢复精力,但是努力没有用,体重一路下跌📉呀,姐妹们有什么建议吗?谢谢大家,祝大家吃嘛嘛香!身体棒棒!
