我皮肤比较白,脸上长了很多雀斑和痣,所以多年以来对太阳避之不及。但这几年来月经推迟的天数越来越多,量也越来越少。头发掉的快没了,平时凌晨两三点就清醒了,心情也总是丧丧的,没精神。上个月去看了中医,发现维生素D严重不足,脉象诊断出脾胃虚弱,湿气重。医生建议多晒太阳。我从上周开始每天中午吃完饭就去晒太阳,上班族只能这个时间点晒。中午的太阳比较大,所以我大概晒15分钟左右。主要晒手臂内侧和部份背部。晒完第一天就觉得身体仿佛被点燃了,很舒服。下完班回到家也很精神。现在晒了大半个月了,明显感觉头发没怎么掉了,也可以一觉睡到五六点。整个人的状态都变好了。希望这个月的月经可以正常来!
