我睡眠一直不好,我是那种早早就困然后入睡也正常但是睡到五点多就自然醒,之后也能入睡但是就睡的很浅。 但是最近到了6点多的时候常常突然惊醒,然后在脑子还不清楚的时候马上去看表怕自己迟到,在六点多到七点半我起床的这段时间能来个好几次。就是半梦半醒的时候脑子里,或者说潜意识里总是在担心睡过头。但是其实我上班并不怕迟到,我们考勤比较宽松,我经常是卡着点到,然后最近因为惊醒后也睡不安稳就常常很早就起了,白天感觉精神也不好。 有没有友友知道该怎么调理啊
