意识到自己不是乐观派,经常陷在内耗或者焦虑中,看过去的日子都是美好的,当下都是苦难的。自我分析了一下:焦虑原因来自于对未知的迷茫,以及自身抗风险能力不高。尽管回看自己的过去,跟目前比,肯定是比以前好,但还是焦虑,未来会不会好。一直无法知足常乐。内耗的话就是如果做了一件事,我觉得不太合适或者说错话了,就会一直复盘怎么会说这话。 这种状态长时间肯定不对,所以友友们如何自洽呢
