打补丁我不是说健身不好，我当然知道健身很好对身体很好，我讨厌的是某些情况下对女性的健身绑架，be like还是有线条感的身材好，女生还是要健身才好看，不健身不自律，在我看来和推崇白幼瘦的绑架没区别
