不仅对腰不好,月经期容易造成子宫内膜异位症 我就是因为上次痛经的时候发炎然后翘了二郎腿,导致我开始腰痛,后面就开始骶骨关节炎发作,痛了好久,热敷,还是不行,平躺能让我痛醒,只能每天忍着痛做一些简单的康复运动慢慢训练!!!! 真的不要跷二郎腿了!!😭😭😭 当然也不要久坐,也容易引起骶骨关节疼痛真的要命,走路平躺睡就痛,只能坐下还会持续加重😭😭😭
