最近在找工作，问了个之前关系不错的同事她们那里有没有机会，她直接跳过我这个话题，说了别的事。我内耗的点是她如果直接拒绝我说最近不缺人或者公司不招人之类的我都不会难过，跳过这个话题我真的挺难受的
