姐姐年底生日 刚好老铺黄金有活动 姐姐很喜欢黄金但是自己总嫌贵也舍不得买，存了蛮久的钱买了这一款给她当生日礼物，希望新的一年她能时来运转好好爱自己！ 现在很纠结要不要告诉提前告诉她，我看网上说提前告诉会高兴的时间比较长，但我又很怕没有惊喜感了，求大家给支招！
