lz目前25+，初中就寄宿了，从13岁开始和家人就是聚少离多，工作后也是自己独居。可能是独处的时间太长了，最近真的感觉好些孤独。下班后回到家连个说话的人都没有，一些情绪、想法无法排解，最近心理状态有点不稳😣😣😣
