感觉长进了一些。发现很多的挫折或者人为制作的各种的各种负面drama都是“请君入瓮”的属性，绑架你的注意力，然后“因势利导”地希望你用自己的注意力进行自我攻击。但是这些困境没向我证明它有足够的吸引力，所以我拍拍屁股就走了。
