我从小就爱跷二郎腿,体态比较差,上力量训练课做一些单腿运动的时候明显感觉左腿髋关节灵活性很差,教练让我做髋部飞机,我根本就找不到发力的位置。这几天晚上一直跟着健身博主做骨盆稳定性和髋关节灵活性训练,也坚持不跷二郎腿,感觉月经都不那么痛了,而且莫名感觉说话气息也很足(?)。 虽然不跷二郎腿很难!但是也要坚持,不然就白练了。
