健身新手,这一个多月我跟着视频对着镜子自学弯举哑铃和肩外旋,然后我刚刚照镜子发现我左边肩膀的锻炼痕迹比右边的肩膀还要明显一点,但是我一直都是两只手臂同时进行的,为什么呢?然后因为我工作主要用电脑,虽然左边用快捷键也很频繁,但是力度明显不如右手点鼠标,所以我也发现我右边手臂明显比左边强壮很多,具体表现在提东西用右手没那么累,以及练哑铃的时候左手已经极限了,但是右手感觉还能继续。这么看我右手肌肉应该比较强吧?至少肉眼看上去手臂和肩膀都是右边更大(难道都是脂肪?),但是为什么同时练的情况下左边比右边还要明显
