楼主从去年三月份就在家里准备各种各样的考试很少出去，楼主的朋友都是线上联系，课程也是网课，偶尔一次旅游也是和家里人没有其他的人一起，楼主的朋友也因为学业不在楼主身边😭而且楼主四月份还有考试要考目前仍然没有办法每天和外界接触，现在每天在家里胡思乱想，一点信息都能让我无限挥发真的不知道该怎么办了😭
