昨天晚上点了个生煎外卖,是肉馅的,吃了之后早上真的重了3两😰 之前早上吃2个鸡蛋,中午全吃素,晚上喝粥和吃水果真的会瘦,但瘦的也不多,每天也就瘦个一斤左右,不过这也算是健康的瘦吧,一下子瘦太多对身体也不好。中午吃素最好都是吃白菜🥬,这是我验证过的。 我是小基数减,90多斤,以上是我个人的一些饮食,但不代表所有人哦,仅供参考。 主要就是清淡,菜里面几乎不放盐的那种😂
