我真无语，18号我买了件羽绒服。因为真假参半，旗舰店没货，不敢买犹豫了下退货了。那边直接拦截，20号就签收了，我这边页面死活不更新。22号，我问客服什么时候退款，说话迂回。真不知道在搞什么，态度极差。服务体验感很不好
