17年市区买了套小户型单价2.6，因为它115平做了个套三很挤，一直没去住，后来就看房价狂跌，寻思趁机卖掉换同小区大户型，yq耽搁了好久没过去，最近决定卖掉置换了，打开一看那个小区均价到3.7了，很开心手里的房子涨价了，但是一看同小区心仪的房子直接两眼一黑，早没有入手，看这个价格我怕是买不起了
