前提,有家族肥胖史,姥姥家从姥姥到我没一个瘦人,表哥跟舅舅都200多斤,我差不多也是从小胖到大,高三压力大更是胖到了160,上大学每天去健身瘦到了100,但是我只有155,其实这个身高体重还不是很瘦,保持到了毕业前。从毕业工作大概半年胖了30多斤,现在136左右,其实每天也没有暴饮暴食,就是这半年没去健身房运动了。最近又想减肥,但是很奇怪,晚上基本不怎么吃而且隔一天一去健身房竟然两星期了一斤没瘦,而且饿的很快,中午吃完饭隔两个小时就饿了,每天还很容易口渴喝很多水频繁去厕所。大学时候两周可以瘦七八斤,现在怎么这样了,工作害人不浅啊😰
