有人说睡觉时间无所谓 只要睡足8小时就行我亲测绝对是错误说法我以前都是12点后睡,有时候2.3点。都是睡够8小时的,但是比如我1点睡,9点就必须开闹钟才能醒。3点睡,到了11点起床还没睡饱我最近调整了作息,励志加入5am club。晚上10点就睡,早上4:30-5点自然醒。一开始我闹钟是开到6点的,但每次我都在闹钟之前就醒了。而且是睡饱了、神经充沛的状态。白天也不困。所以早睡早起,日初而作绝对是真理。
