因为我姐姐之前抑郁,暴饮暴食,体重飙升至接近200,现在已经减至170左右。 底线还是正常饮食。 首先多喝白水!!!!必须拒绝奶茶、碳酸饮料、拿铁类咖啡、甜品、油炸食品…..少吃米饭等淀粉类食物。你已经成功一半。尽量少吃火锅烤肉(团建有时可能无法避免 其次早睡早起,少盐少油,拒绝夜宵,晚饭不要太晚吃!!早饭一定要吃,然后稀饭汤那些其实也是发胖的,就正常饮食就行 先做到这些 你的体重会有变化。(其实这个体重的女孩不可避免需要运动的,饭后休息一下就去散步
