因为长湿疹的缘故,我奶奶(退休中医)让我吃清淡点,中餐晚餐必须吃肉、青菜和主食,但不能加太多调味料和油。戒高糖水果,戒奶茶果茶。所以我这三个月吃得很多,但都是水煮肉菜,然后蘸亚麻籽油和酱汁。结果三个月瘦了7斤🤣。之前不吃晚餐减肥,三个月才瘦了4斤。。而且现在体能比以前好很多,早上起床也不怎么水肿了but,三个月没吃老友粉螺蛳粉有点难受🥲
