昨天上楼想和邻居沟通请他们晚上10点以后安静些,脑子里已经模拟了很多次应对场景,设想自己该说什么话。 邻居开门之后就是很激动的以吼的方式在和我对话。我一下就把脑子里事先想说的话忘记了。后面他一直很激动,吵架的事态,我想你蛮不讲理那我也吵好了,但是一旦我说话稍微大声一点就会声音发抖带着哭腔。就只能看别人怒吼我,没法很人处于平等吵架状态。 遇到其他事情,别人很生气怒吼的状态,我也会声音不自觉发抖带哭腔。有时候鼓起勇气拒绝别人时也会这样。这种毛病可以怎么改善呢
