小县城19年买的（房价最高点）加装修大概45万，现在30万卖掉了。原因是房子是二室不够住而且在六楼很难爬楼梯房。我家里还有老人。 现在想买一套新的二手房大概60万左右。是最好的小区电梯房，而且送了车位楼层也很好家里装修也不错。所以急需用钱就把之前的家卖掉了。 但是还是很心疼，只能说服自己自己家楼层高而且房子规划不合理。（我妈妈以前自己装修的，冰箱在客厅离厨房非常远，而且装修风格一言难尽住着确实也很难爬）
