恶性循环很久了,每天晚上至少要到四点才能睡得着,有时候甚至会熬到五六点。而且也不是因为有什么事要做或者手机太好玩不想睡,单纯是因为毫无困意。 之前去看医生开了点药,刚吃的一两天有用,往后就收效甚微了,因为晚上睡不着所以早上也起不来,已经请假在家好几个月了,严重影响了生活,而且白天也特别疲惫,做什么事情都没有劲,连洗头发都没有力气,救,这是缺少什么微量元素吗😭😭有没有什么办法改变这种状态
