之前是心肺能力差,喘不过气跑不动,现在是小腿肚酸痛跑不动,心肺能力反而强了很多不怎么喘了,所以现在经常是上半身觉得我还能跑,一跑起来小腿肚就说“不行你不能跑了”🥲有什么办法锻炼小腿肌肉,提高我慢跑的时间吗?还是说只能多练?
