我的情况:36岁未婚未育,体型不胖不瘦,几乎没有运动天赋,中考体育没拿满分。5前年开始锻炼,跑过半马(近两年最多只能跑10K),一年半普拉提,没有进过健身房,没有撸铁经验。诉求是强身健体、释放压力,能把上半身塑形起来就更好了。 难点是:本人社恐,不敢踏出第一步。基础不好,心率容易高,体力很差,普拉提课有时候都气喘吁吁。害怕受伤害怕疼痛。懒惰,非常懒惰,周末全天不想离开床那种。 有没有姐妹学过或者正在学的,传授点经验,帮我打打气啥的。
