因为今天加班一会会,然后狂吃了螺蛳粉、奶茶、鸡排,反正撑得肚子很难受但是还没停下最后吃了关东煮,胃很难受但心里还想吃。 这种情况已经出现好几次了,一旦晚下班以后,我的饮食习惯就容易乱套,甚至崩盘。 还没到发展成心理疾病的程度,最主要是我现在也没钱看病,想请问有没有办法能稍微控制自己不会因为一些小插曲就容易崩盘的,转移注意力的好办法。
