断断续续力量训练2年,最近一年基本一周2-3练。本人从小瘦弱,165公分不到100斤,力量训练后没有刻意节食还是100斤左右,但是肌肉量增多了,肉眼可见的肉量。过年滑雪,屁股摔了好几次,包括被鱼雷直接从后面撞翻屁股着地,当时也没感觉多疼,教练都震惊了,回家后也没啥酸痛反映。肌肉真的保护了我啊!否则我一身骨头棒子还不得当场骨折啊!深蹲,我蹲蹲蹲蹲蹲蹲蹲!
