从小到大总是在某件事情没发生之前去预设过多的情况,好处是确实给自己预留了一些准备时间,坏处是由于考虑过多导致浪费时间/无端焦虑,别人也会因为我偶尔想太多所以觉得很无语(导致后面基本不和身边人吐露心声了,一般是默默思考或者上网求助)。有情况差不多的家人且慢慢在纠正的吗?我个人其实觉得我的“想太多”是来源于对未知事物的恐惧或者担忧,所以想要在面对它们时做好一点,结果有时候会把握不好程度。😢真心求建议
