楼主工作是带货主播,每天上播时间是10.50-14.50,前后要做准备工作。所以我目前是10点吃一顿早饭(因为从家到公司的路上没啥吃的,每天只能吃麦当劳,感觉也不健康)。下播非常饿,会疯狂去吃碳水。晚上八九点又消化完了想吃夜宵。感觉这种方式太不健康了,看科普说容易胰岛素抵抗。直播时间没法改变,怎么吃,吃什么能健康点儿?
